Barry, as everyone calls him, has a solid international track record facilitating workshops on leadership, teamwork, strategy, innovation and change management in countries such as Germany, Belgium, Ecuador, Chile, the United States, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Paraguay, the Dominican Republic and El Salvador.
He was CEO of Starter Company (creators of Startco), Director of Business Intelligence and Innovation Services at Connect, and former Vice President of Scaling and Innovation at iNNpulsa Colombia, the Colombian Government agency responsible for promoting innovation, entrepreneurship and business development. He was also a partner at Súmmum Fábrica de Experiencias, where he led projects to help organizations solve strategic challenges through creativity, innovation and high-impact experiences.
A great speaker and storytelling expert, Barry never ceases to surprise us — he also holds a Master's degree in Furniture and Interior Design from Universidad Nebrija in Madrid.
