OLIVIA CONSULTORIA S.A. (hereinafter “OLIVIA”) informs Users that the collection and processing of Personal Data is carried out in accordance with Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326, its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001, and all other applicable national and international complementary regulations (“Personal Data Protection Regulations”).
By providing the requested data, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.

The User gives their express consent for OLIVIA to collect, store, process, disclose, and use their Personal Data in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Personal Data and other information that the User voluntarily provides to OLIVIA through the Website may be used by OLIVIA for the following purposes:
(i) to send information that may be of interest to the User;
(ii) to personalize and improve OLIVIA’s products, services, and user experience; and
(iii) for OLIVIA’s statistical purposes.

The data subject, upon verification of their identity, has the right to access their personal data within ten (10) calendar days from the date of identity verification. This access shall be provided free of charge and at intervals of no less than six (6) months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated.

To update, correct, or delete personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, the data subject may exercise these rights within five (5) business days from the verification of their identity.

Please note that the National Directorate for the Protection of Personal Data, under the Agency for Access to Public Information, is empowered to receive complaints and claims related to non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.

All Users' Personal Data will be stored in an automated personal data file, which may be located in Argentina or abroad, under the responsibility of OLIVIA.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, THE USER EXPRESSLY AGREES AND CONSENTS TO OLIVIA DISCLOSING OR TRANSFERRING, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, THEIR PERSONAL DATA TO ANY OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES, PARENT COMPANIES, AND/OR AFFILIATED ENTITIES, LOCATED IN THE ARGENTINE REPUBLIC OR ABROAD, FOR ANY PURPOSE AND AT SUCH TIME, MANNER, AND CONDITIONS AS OLIVIA MAY DEEM APPROPRIATE.

OLIVIA shall include in its agreements with such entities the obligation to comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection regulations in force in Argentina, as well as OLIVIA’s policies regarding the protection of privacy, security, and confidentiality of information.

It may occur that, by virtue of court orders or legal regulations, OLIVIA is compelled to disclose information to authorities or third parties under certain circumstances, or that third parties may intercept or gain access to certain information or data transmissions, in which case OLIVIA shall not be held liable for any information that is disclosed.

OLIVIA cooperates with competent authorities and other third parties to ensure compliance with the law, for example in matters related to the protection of intellectual and industrial property rights, fraud prevention, and other relevant issues.

OLIVIA may disclose Users’ Personal Information upon request from competent judicial or governmental authorities for the purpose of investigations conducted by them, even in the absence of a formal court order or subpoena.

OLIVIA is required to comply with all applicable regulations regarding security measures for Personal Information. Therefore, various security techniques are employed to protect such data from unauthorized access by users both inside and outside of OLIVIA. However, it is important to note that perfect security does not exist on the Internet.

As such, OLIVIA shall not be held responsible for illegal interceptions or breaches of its systems or databases by unauthorized individuals. Likewise, OLIVIA shall not be liable for the improper use of information obtained through such means.
